Shipping policy

Order Processing times
Our Apparel orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Jewelry orders can take more time and might take up to 5 days (dependent on item).

Shipping times
We use Swiss Post as our Shipping Provider.
We ship our parcels using Economy Post which can take 2-3 Days to ship to your Location (Switzerland).

If you live near or in Canton Zug, we can bring it directly to you, depending on my Schedule (aprox 1-2 Days).

Shipping Costs
Swiss Posts charges us CHF 7.- for each Parcel.
This price is sadly non negotiable.

Pickup
When choosing Pickup, we'll get in contact with you via SMS/WhatsApp  or Telegram.

Location
We currently only ship within Switzerland.
We're planning to expand our shipping region soon.
